Achieved 100% Adoption!
Enabled full visibility into real project
conditions on the ground.
Before PROEVER, management formats were modified individually on-site, and documents were stored locally—making it hard to see the overall project status.
With PROEVER, we gained real-time visibility across multiple projects, allowing early issue detection and quick response.
While past tools failed to gain traction, PROEVER’s strong implementation support helped reduce the burden on the front line and achieve 100% adoption.

Turning Fragmented Data into a Strategic Asset.
Standardize project management and accelerate decision-making with MSOL’s proven expertise.
Previously, our project methodology was fragmented. Every project followed its own methodology, leaving critical data scattered across inconsistent tools and formats.
PROEVER transformed our process by introducing standardized templates and metrics based on MSOL’s proven expertise. This centralized approach provides a single source of truth for all group projects, allowing for intuitive oversight and significantly faster decision making.

An indispensable platform for standardized,
nationwide project management and visibility.
Managing projects across nationwide locations brings complexity and inconsistency. With PROEVER, we consolidated all project information into a single platform, enabling structured cross-project management.
Leadership now has real-time visibility into every location, allowing early detection of risks and alignment gaps. By standardizing processes within PROEVER, we replaced location-specific practices with a consistent, organization-wide approach to project management.

Improved visibility drove higher
productivity and quality.
Prior to adopting PROEVER, teams depended on spreadsheet-based management, where historical context and critical information were often fragmented or lost. As multiple projects ran in parallel, team members struggled to stay aligned on the latest plans and progress, slowing decisions and impacting execution.
By centralizing project information in PROEVER, teams gained a shared, up-to-date view of responsibilities, progress, and workloads—enabling faster decisions, smoother collaboration, and more consistent project delivery.

Driving Kaizen by Visualizing Challenges at the Gemba (On-Site). Real-time analysis enabled faster decision-making.
Staying constantly aware of project issues at the gemba is never easy. With PROEVER, challenges are visualized in real time, enabling early detection and response.
Unlike conventional tools that require manual aggregation and analysis, PROEVER automatically delivers expert-level insights. This allows for faster reporting to executives and more timely decision-making to support ongoing kaizen efforts.

Visualizing project information enabled
us to proactively mitigate risks and
improve project quality.
Visualizing the information needed to manage a project is not always easy. By incorporating a risk management process using PROEVER, we were able to detect and address potential risks before they surfaced. In addition, by integrating and monitoring schedules—including those of external development vendors—within PROEVER, we maintained a clear view of the overall project status and were able to respond quickly and appropriately.
